Returns & Refunds Policy
If an item arrives and is transit damaged then please note the nature of the damage on the courier/Royal Mail paperwork and consult us for a returns reference. Please report the damage as soon as possible and always within 48 hours.
If an item appears to be defective on installation, please contact us by email for support.
Please note the following when making returns:
All goods must be returned in their original packaging.
Please state full details of the defect/damage.
Enclose a copy of your original invoice, if you are unable to do this, be sure to send your full name address and telephone number to enable identification.
We are not able to despatch a new order until the original product is received. Should you need the goods urgently, then a separate order can be placed, and a refund given on the returned item when it arrives.
Please ensure that the product is adequately wrapped, to prevent damage during return transit. Returns reference to be clearly visible on outer packaging.
No goods are to be returned without a returns reference under any circumstances.
GOODS ORDERED IN ERROR (Private individuals only – under Distance Selling Regulations)
If your order was placed in error and you wish to return it within 7 days of receipt then provided the items are returned unopened in good condition you may return them for a full refund by a trackable delivery service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please obtain a returns reference as described above. Cost of return carriage of goods under these circumstances as at the expense of the customer.
For returns after 7 days from private customers and for all corporate customers different arrangements will apply. At our discretion, we will normally accept returns for up to 3 months after delivery subject to a 20% restocking charge. Please email us for further details. sales@billee.co.uk
